JUNE

June 6 - Big Cimarron campground inspection for possible reopening.  Meet at BLM offices, 9am.

June 7 - Yankee Boy campground clean-up day, depending on snow conditions. This is usually a half day’s work. It is a great way to help keep this area from having access fees. 

June 8 - Sonja's birthday party, at her house.  Contact Sonja, 240-3830.

June 21 - Grand Junction Offroad Show and Swap Meet, by Grand Mesa Jeep Club.  Mesa County Fairgrounds.  Opens 9:00 am.  Bring your rig, clean or dirty, to show.  Setup is early.  Call Jeff at 970-858-1394 or Don at 970-858-5169.

June 22 - Smith Mountain Rd trail run.  Leave downtown City Market at 10am.

JULY

July 4 - Camping/wheeling weekend?

July 25-27 - Telluride Rotary 4x4 Tour. Contact Brad Green at 728-5935 if you can help lead or gun trails for this event.  This could be your chance to run Black Bear in the opposite direction.
